Our online return policy is as follows:
All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package. Returns are only eligible for exchanges or store credits. A packing slip must accompany all returns or exchanges. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please address to White's Mercantile Online, 108 Page Road, Nashville, TN 37205.
Items purchased online are eligible for instore returns, but please note that they are also only eligible for exchanges or store credits. A packing slip must also accompany all returns or exchanges.
The following items are not returnable at this time: Books, Apothecary Items, Seasonal Decor items and any Opened and/or Used Items.
Items that are returned and are not in the original packaging or look worn/used will be returned to the customer.
Once the return merchandise has been received and confirmed to be in compliance with our return policy, we will issue you a store credit.
